SCHOLARSHIPS
Hoosier Burn Camp provides financial support to exceptional young people wanting to further their education through the Aaron Norwood Memorial Scholarship program.
Awards are presented twice each calendar year, once in May and in January. Scholarships provide for deserving students who may be seeking assistance with the cost of tuition, education materials or housing. More than $20,000 in awards had been granted through 2014.
The Aaron Norwood Memorial Scholarship, established in 2007, honors burn survivor Aaron Norwood and serves as a living legacy to the special young man who touched the lives of many in his years as a Hoosier Burn Camp camper.
Applications are accepted twice a year. Deadlines are April 25 and December 28.
Applicant must be:
• Pursuing higher education opportunities, which consist of, but are not limited to college, university, trade school, apprenticeship, GED, license or certification
