SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WSBT) — The South Bend Fire Department is helping burn victims celebrate Halloween. The department has dropped off pumpkins to burn survivors. Fire crews made the delivery to the Hoosier Burn Camp Monday evening, bringing some joy ahead of the holiday. The non-profit gives life-changing experiences for young people who are burn victims. Their events give survivors the opportunity to just be a kid, despite their injuries.
