INDIANAPOLIS — The biggest fundraiser for the Hoosier Burn Camp is occurring this weekend.

The organization’s 10th annual Masquerade Ball will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Conrad Indianapolis, located at 50 West Washington Street.

Saturday evening’s event includes an auction, live music and more, all to raise money for the organization. According to its website, the Hoosier Burn Camp helps burn survivors build self-esteem through character-building experiences at no cost to participants and their families.

On Thursday, Mark Koopman, the executive director of the Hoosier Burn Camp, joined the FOX59 Morning News to talk about the organization, the fundraiser and why it is important for the community to be involved.
